TCIL's involvement, its structure and professional staff have been increasing. It has, at present, a pool of 75 full-time professionals having high academic, research and teaching experience together with adequate support services and staff. The present pool of professional personnel of TCIL has been providing a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary and integrated project management and specialized types of services. TCIL is managed by a Board of Directors headed by its Chairman.
